The Home Care Service, Northern Rivers engaged the services of Tina Dolphin to train our Care Workers and Administration staff in "Better Questions are the Answer". We had just commenced an Enablement 'Get Active' pilot and found the information that we learnt valuable in assisting us to 'shift focus' in service delivery from the doing to & doing for to doing with & supporting the person to do for themselves.
