Some feedback from Lindsay’s Better Questions workshops

“Feedback from staff has been fantastic, more positive than any other training they have undertaken. They found Lindsay to be an excellent facilitator, truly engaging, inspirational, passionate and knowledgeable about her subject material. Lindsay’s program has provided the missing link for staff and I am sorry we did not do this training much earlier in their journey. They are motivated, confident and believe they now have the toolkit to assist them to “ask better questions” to establish genuine client centred goals.”
Joan Andrews Manager Aged and Disability Services, Bayside City Council

“You were able to develop a program for a service delivery area based on several conversations that has been so very successful with the operational staff. The feedback we have had about your delivery of the program has been outstanding.”
Mary Rydberg, Manager Aged and Disability Services, City of Greater Dandenong Council

“Everyone was so positive as a result of your workshop. They certainly recognise new approaches they can adopt with their assessments and the way this will enhance the outcomes for the people we support. We will have a practice review session each month in order to continue to embed Better Questions into our practice. Your warmth as a facilitator has been commented on by all who attended.”
Pam Keeble, Coordinator Community Care, City of Port Phillip
